Gerry is Senior Managing Director and head of our Capital Markets Intelligence / Strategic Stock Surveillance Group. He has over 30 years of experience in Stock Surveillance, Corporate Actions, Proxy and Bond related matters.
Gerry provides invaluable insight for his corporate clients which range from small cap to mega cap and across all sectors. He has worked on numerous proxy contests, tender offers, and other corporate control matters.
He has also prepared numerous comprehensive shareholder profile assessments for corporate clients across a wide range of industries and market capitalizations. Along with stock surveillance he has also worked on Bond and SPAC identification assisting corporations, lawyers and investment bankers on all aspects of the process. He provides vital insight into all aspects of Capital Markets Intelligence and consults with a wide range of clients on Stock Surveillance, takeover/activism defense, investor relations, and corporate governance.
