Prysmian long-term incentive plans for employees

Incentives for employees' participation to the company's capital seems to be a very effective tool for almost four main reasons, according to Fabio Bianconi, Director for the Italian market at Morrow Sodali, who commented them on Corriere della Sera.

"The alignment of long-term interests between employees and institutional investors, a broader sharing of company's objectives, an increased retention  and a more active participation to company's governance through their votes at the annual meeting," said Bianconi.
