Integrated Governance in FTSE Mib

On Thursday, June 23, It will be presented the first Italian Observatory on the degree of integrated governance in business strategies. Three surveys have been performed and will be presented during the conference: the first one, managed by Etica News and TopLegal, highlights the best case among the big cap companies in the stock market; the second one, by NedCommunity and Methodos, reveals the degree of awareness of the boards about the topic; the third research - managed by Sodali -  focuses on the demands of large Institutional Investors. .
