Hunter Hall Global Value Limited

The Hunter Hall Global Value Limited (ASX: HHV) Board received a notice requisitioning a general meeting from Wilson Asset Management. The purpose of the Meeting was to consider resolutions to remove the current HHV Board and replace them with three new directors nominated by Wilson Asset Management.

The meeting was held on 6 April 2017.
