Tod's shareholders meeting of January 13, 2016 approved the capital increase, allowing the issuer to secure the property of Roger Vivier brand. An important meeting, because a "whitewash" resolution has been presented to shareholders. The first real case in which the main shareholder has voluntarily left to minorities, mainly international and domestic funds,  the decision of an important operation for the company development.
