Restructuring and Corporate Governance processes: New Perspectives and Challenges

On February 27, 2020, Morrow Sodali will hold a conference in conjunction with Sapienza Università di Roma, with a focus on "Restructuring and Corporate Governance processes: New Perspectives and Challenges."

Andrea Di Segni, Managing Director, will take part in a panel dedicated to "Corporate Restructuring: new emerging players", and Director Fabio Bianconi will moderate a round table focusing on "Engagement and Remuneration: challenges for the Board."

Francesco Surace, Corporate Governance Manager, will also be taking part in the conference with a presentation of Morrow Sodali's Institutional Investor Survey 2020.
