“The important role of international investors is undermining the relationship between councilors and composition of shareholders.” This is what emerges from an analysis of Sodali Research team, today on CorrierEconomia, on the presence of Institutional Investors on Italian boards, and their weight on the quorum. “Foreign investors now require that companies rethink the proportionality of seats on the board to give more space to board members elected from the minorities, considered bearers of added value , a different perspective to the board and not natural conflicting administrators.”
