Glass Lewis Launches a New Service: Report Feedback Statement (RFS)
In its latest Proxy Update, Morrow Sodali reports on the new service Glass Lewis is piloting for the 2019 Proxy Season: Report Feedback Statement (RFS). RFS allows both issuers and shareholder proponents to “express their difference of opinion with Glass Lewis’ analysis.” The service will allow both issuers and shareholder proponents provide unfiltered commentary to GL clients and will benefit GL clients by adding a new perspective on voting issues.
