Amendments to the Corporate Governance Code (Italian)

The Corporate Governance Committee of Italian listed companies approved several amendments to the Corporate Governance Code. These amendments intend to reflect developing best practices in corporate governance and cover different areas, including corporate social responsibility, the risk profile of the company, the system of internal control and risk management, the role of the Nomination Committee and the compensation of the Statutory Auditors.
